Did you notice that I didn’t post last week’s weigh in? I completely spaced it until after the actual consumption of Halloween candy had started, and well, I didn’t want to set myself up for failure. So I skipped the weigh-in altogether and ate more Halloween candy.
But this week I remembered……and was pleasantly surprised! Apparently walking when I can, drinking water and high-fiber yogurt smoothies has worked, and I’m back down to 173.6. I haven’t been below 174 since August, so this is a very good thing! One more pound and down to my “all time low” since joining Tales from the Scales!
Now I must keep on moving down from here!!

Good for you!! You know, I REALLY start eating yogurt and bran again. I purposely over-ate one week, but made sure I ate 2 half-cup servings of bran with yogut glugged over top every day and I still lost two pounds! I thought it would be super easy to ADD something to my diet that would help me lose, but believe it or not, I have not been able to make that a habit yet!
Keep up the good work! (And I’m going to go write ‘yogurt’ on my grocery list!)
