1)Leaving work early Monday to take MAM to a doc’s appt
2) Having a snow delay Wednesday
3) Having to report for Jury Duty on Thursday
4) Having MAM develop a fever Thursday afternoon, shortly after I’m released from the jury pool
5) Staying home on an in-service day because said child certainly does have some sort of cold/virus
Actual attendance at work is over rated anyway. Yippee for three day weekends!!
I’m sorry to say that it was one of the best things for me about being a teacher – the numerous holidays, inservices, and wonderful, wonderful snow days! I’m sorry, though, that some of your missing work is due to a sick little one. But, doesn’t it make you smile to have WEEKS off for Christmas? 🙂
