Wednesday must be my scale’s charity day or something…this week instead of maintaining, I lost 1.8 lbs! I wish I could tell you it was because I did x, y or z….but this week, maybe it really was just sticking to the concept of “moderation”. In some way I must be getting it, considering all of the holiday buffets and goodies I’ve been subjected to. Instead of eating like mad there, and then eating the same way I always would once at home, I’ve started to take into account what I’ve already consumed for the day. Which basically means no night time snacking, since I’m munching on goodies all day long at work.
Really my goal for December is just not to gain weight-to lose weight is really just fat-free coolwhip on the cake!
