Back UP

Damn. And I thought I was making progress. I’m chalking up this week’s 2lb gain to hormones….when you eat the right things, surely that’s it, right? Argh.

  1. Most likely. But don’t give up!! Gains and plateaus are frustrating, but the key is to keep doing what you know is good for you despite disappointments and setbacks. Best wishes as you stick to the plan again this week — and here’s hoping for great success on the scale next Wednesday!!

  2. I got stumbled up by a 4 pound loss last week. I got lazy. It really can mess with your mind Stand firm.
    Your doing this. Maintaining is better than gain.
